If you cancel after 5 minutes but before we start preparing your food, we'll refund 90% of your order value. A 10% cancellation fee covers our operational costs.
After Food Preparation Starts
50% RefundRefund: 50% refund (50% preparation cost applies)
Once we start preparing your food, ingredients are committed and partially processed. We can offer a 50% refund to cover ingredient and preparation costs.
After Dispatch/Out for Delivery
No RefundRefund: No refund available
Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse delivery if needed, but no refund will be processed.
